Shannon Gafford is the Owner & Chief Estimator of VAST Estimating Services. He has over 30 years of experience in construction and 24 years of estimating industrial & commercial projects. ​He is a member of AACE International and ASPE.
Shannon has solicited, compiled, and analyzed subcontractor and vendors proposals during the bid process for multimillion dollar projects and has developed Excel spreadsheets to be utilized for the estimating process. Shannon has lead several Estimating Departments for industrial & commercial companies in both public and private sectors.
